Replacement Process & Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy:

After receiving your product, if you want, you can get a full refund of your ordered product price. To get a refund, please, inform us through an e-mail to primedaystore@gmail.com or call us at 01923258829 (9am-9pm). Please, note that to avail a full refund, you have to send the product to Primeday office in absolutely good condition at your own cost.

 

Replacement Process:

If you find any kind of problems after receiving your product (such as physically damaged product, product does not function properly, product not same as displayed on image), you can receive a replacement of your product. In such cases, please, inform us through an e-mail to primedaystore@gmail.com or call us at 01923258829 (9am-9pm). Please, note that Primeday will bear all shipment charge for this type of replacement.
